House rules
Welcome in the Mandulavirág Guesthouse!
Our priority to assure you will have a nice holiday and in order to avoid misunderstandings, so we kindly request you to get to know our short Rules of House!
- Once you book an accomodation with us, we assume that you get to know and accept this Rules of House, and that you follow it.
- Our guesthouse is operated as a "private guesthouse".
- The Rules of House is applying for all our visitors and their guests!
- Check-in is possible at 14:00 at the earlist. Guests are kindly asked to leave the apartments until 11:00 on the day of check-out. In case of late check-out we will charge an extra-fee.
- We will provide our guests at the check-in keys for their apartment and for the gate too in order to have free acces to the property. We kindly ask the Guests to leave the apartment keys in the door of the given apartment (outside) in course of the check-out or to handover the keys to a representative of the Guesthouse. In case the keys are lost, we will charge you HUF 5,000/key as indemnity.
- Our guesthouse is a family business, our office hours are in line with the needs of our guests, so we are personally at your disposal at the time your arrival or at check-out. In addition you can reach us on mobile basically at any time.
- Our guests can receive visitors but only during the day, after a prior alignment with the representatives of the guesthouse.
- Children under 14 yrs shall be accompanied by one of their parents or other adults. The attendant responsible for the children is fully liable for all the damages caused by that children. The services of our guesthouse can be used by children under 14 only under supervision of a parent or of an other adult.
- It is strictly forbidden to be loud, or to disturb other guests, neighbours after 22:00, in the house, in the backyard or in the garden.
- Guests are kindly asked to use the guesthouse and its facilities for their intended purpose. The rules for fire-security and the health and safety rules have to be followed.
- Own electrical house appliances (iron, water heaters or kettles, coffee machines) are not allowed to use in the apartments based on the rules for fire-security! Upon request we can provide you iron and ironing desk.
- The use of direct flames in the building is strictly forbidden. To make fire is only allowed in the fire-places in the courtyard.
- If you use the sauna or the whirlpool, please follow the special rules applying for that facilities which you can find on the spot.
- Please do not move the equipment and furnishing articles from the apartments outside of the building or into another apartment. Please use the outdoor sport equipments where they are, and do not move them to another place.
- Any damage of or on any part of the Guesthouse or on the equipment, inside and outside, furnishing, etc have to be reimbursed by the person who has caused the damage. In case a person under 14 yrs has caused the damage, the liability to reimburse the damage is on the person who took over legal responsibility on that child.
- It is forbidden to smoke, incl using electric cigarettes in our guesthouse, inside the building, on the terracce or outside in the courtyard! You can however smoke on the designated place, see the corresponding info plates.
- It is not allowed in our guesthouse for persons under 18 to smoke or to drink any alcohol!
- The guesthouse or any representatives cannot be made liable for any kind of damage of any personal belongings of any guest or visitor, for example jewellery.
- Charging of electrical cars is forbidden.
- You have to inform the representatives of the guestouse immediately of any accident or any extraordinary event.
- We take care of recycling. Please collect garbage in accordance with this guidance. Please put paper and plastic in the yellow bags.
- We reserve the right to select our clientele. Guest behaving agressively or being under influence of alcohol will not be allowed to check-in the guesthouse!
- The guesthouse has the right to cancel the booking without any obligation to pay a compensation and/or idemnity if the guest breakes the Rules of House.
- WiFi:
- There is a wireless internet acces (WiFi) in the guesthouse which can be used free of charge.
- We will provide you the password at check-in and handover of the keys.
- The continous, uninterrupted operation and availability of the WiFi will not be guaranteed by the guesthouse.
- The guesthouse cannot be made liable for any kind of direct or indirect damages in the devices of the guests or in any content or files or whatever, which are caused because of using the WiFi. The Wifi can be used only at your own risk and responsibility.
